This quote can perfectly be applied to teaching. Looking for something would be the student's not only learning what to do but how to do it. If you told them what to see, then your just giving them an answer but they won't learn how to get it. It's also kind of like before and after. When your looking for something that's before you get the answer. And then when you see something, that's after you've found the answer. Teaching is just as difficult as learning in my opinion. But if we all apply our knowledge and effort in both learning and teaching, then i believe everyone will get smarter, including the teacher him/herself.
