Iran plans to upgrade their nuclear weapons

Iran has told the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that they will be upgrading their nuclear missles. They are going from the IR-1 model to the IR2m model. This will also increase their productivity in uranium, and increase their capacity for uranium. This story interests me because nuclear weapons are already destructive enough so I don't see the point in upgrading them. Plus if anyone were to use nuclear weapons, it would probably set off a chain reaction of nuclear missiles being launched from other countries until this whole planet blows up. Then it'll be like the video game fallout, were everything is a waste land, and humanity will barely survive (humans are stubborn, I don't think we will ever truely die off). I think this is also a very strong possibility, and probably the #1 most realistic apocalypse. I'm not saying it is going to happen, or that it's going to happen soon, i'm just saying it's a possibility, and maybe we should prepare. Here is the link for more info about the upgraded nuclear weapons: http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/world/2013-01/31/c_124307791.htm

Pablo Picasso

Pablo Picasso has a very ineteresting quote. I'd say that he means always keep your active imagination even when you grow up. When most people grow up, they always think about the real world and always think realistically. But very few of them actually keep their imagination that they had when they were a kid. Kids have the best imagination, but I think in today's world that gets taken away too easily. I think imagination is more important then knowledge, and maybe even power. Then again sometimes imagination is power. Even knowledge is power but my over point is no matter what, imagination is more important then these things.

Edward R. Murrow

I agree with this quote. No matter what kind of technology we have to communicate, it won't really make us better at communicating in any way shape or form. And if there was a machine that could do the communicating for us, I would hate that, because then it's not really us communicating. Maybe if you could program the machine to be just like you with your personality that would be cool but even still, how accurate would it be and would it still say stuff that you wouldn't want it to say or normally say? Technology may lead us there someday, but I would never use something like that if it ever exists.

Current Events; Drunk Driving

Around 6 P.M, a little kid was hit by a drunk driver in a neighborhood. The Teenager did not have a drivers license, is age 17, and he drove over a curb. He was looking for his phone when he jump a curb and hit a little boy on his bike. They took him to the hospital where he died. The reason this story interests me was because not only did it happen in my neighborhood, it happened 30 mins before I left my house to go MMA trainning, and I saw all the police and KSAT people there. It kind of scares me knowing that it just recently happened, it was a little kid, and it happened EXTREAMELY close to my house. I did not know the teenager nor the child, but i would not be surprised if some of my friends did know him. Here's the link for more information:

Emerson On Success

I completely agree with this quote. I have always been myself no matter what anyone says. And i follow my dreams no matter what anyone says. I wanna be a proffesional MMA fighter, and sometimes people tell me it's stupid, or i'm never going to make it. But I have alot of potential, and if I fuel that with effort, then I don't think, I KNOW I can do it. People also judge me all the time whenever I wear what i normally wear, which is actually girl skinny jeans with multi colors, and ocassionally i'd paint my nails. I used to have a purple mohawk too, although surprisingly I didn't get judged about that. No matter what I do or how I act, I don't care if people love me or hate me for it, I am who I am and no one will ever change that.

George Bernard Shaw

I'm not really sure what this quote means. I keep thinking about it and honestly it just doesn't make any sense. Maybe if the quote was more specific, or maybe if I was smarter then i could figure it out. Or at least give a decent answer. Unless he means communication is fake but that sounds completely absurd.
